SJVN LIMITED, A Mini Ratna Schedule ‘A’ Public Sector Undertaking after successful commissioning of 1500MW Nathpa Jhakri Hydro Power Station in Himachal Pradesh is emerging as a multi project company with following Hydro Power Projects allocated to it for development, operation and maintenance: 412 MW at Rampur, 588 MW at Luhri, 66 MW at Dhaulasidh, 363 MW in Uttrakhand, and 900 MW Arun-III in Nepal and 1170 MW in Bhutan. SJVN is also diversifying into thermal, solar and wind energy generation with 1320 MW at Buxar and 47.6MW at Khirewire along with entering into transmission business. Civil 40

1. Graduate with two years full time MBA/Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Personnel/HR.

Safety 04

Geology 05

1. Full time M.Sc./M. Tech. (Geology/Applied Geology/ Geophysics) with Engineering Geology as main subject or M.Sc./ M. Tech. in Engineering Geology.

Architecture 02

1. Full Time Degree in Architecture from a recognized University / Institute of India.

Company Secretarial 01

1. Graduate and qualified Company Secretary with membership of the Institute of the Company Secretary of India. Graduate Degree in Law or MBA will be preferred.
2. Simple pass for CA/ICWA/CS & for other prescribed qualification aggregate 50% marks for SC/ST/PWD and 55% marks for others.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: During the training period of one year, Executive Trainees will draw Basic Pay of R 20600/- and IDA, along with allowances up to 47% of Basic Pay under cafeteria approach. They will also be entitled for other perquisites and benefits such as Performance Related Pay, Foreign Compensatory Allowance, Liveries, Shift Allowance, HRA/ Company leased Accommodation, Medical benefits, etc., as per extant company rules. On successful completion of Training period they will be placed in the regular Pay Scale of R. 24900-50500/- at E2A level and shall be on probation for a period of one year.

SELECTION PROCESS: Eligible candidates would be required to undergo an All India written test. Candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussion and Personnel Interview based on the performance in written test.

PLACEMENT: The selected Trainees shall undergo one year training at various places. The final place of posting will be allocated after successful completion of training. Candidates can be placed anywhere in India or abroad, in any of the functions at Projects/ Stations or offices.

AGE LIMIT: Upper Age Limit is 30 years as on closing date of advertisement.

SERVICE AGREEMENT BOND: The selected candidates who belong to General and OBC category will be required to execute a service agreement bond of R. 2, 50,000/- to successfully complete the prescribed training and thereafter serve the company for at least 3 years. This amount is R. 1,50,000/- for SC/ST category and Physically Challenged candidates.

2. Valid e-mail ID and mobile number, which should remain valid for atleast one year.
3. Personal details and educational qualification details.
4. Candidates should have scanned copy of latest passport size photograph as well as photograph of signatures in digital format (.jpg or .jpeg file only, less than 500 KB size) for uploading with the application form.
5. All SC/ST/ PWD candidate need to upload their caste/disability certificates also in .jpeg or jpg formats of not more than 500 KB each.
6. After applying online, candidate is required to download the registration slip and pay-in -slip generated by the system with unique registration number. Candidates are required to keep the printout of the Registration Slip which will be required at the time of written test and interview along with the proof of having deposited the application fee.
7. General and OBC category candidates are required to pay a non-refundable application fee of R 300/-. The Pay-in-Slip is to be downloaded from the website after completing the registration process.

MODE OF PAYMENT OF APPLICATION FEE: There will be two payment options, online (Payment Gateway) or Offline (Bank Challan/ Payin-slip). A candidate may opt for any one of the payment modes and proceed further accordingly.
